Day 1: Bangkok sightseeing

Sawasdee Ka! Welcome to Bangkok-formerly the epitome of the steamy Asian metropolis. It can be divided in two parts by the north-south railway at Hualamphong station: old and new Bangkok. The old Bangkok: a district of holy temple like the Royal Palace, Wat Phra Kaew, Wat Arun still sparkle just as they did more than 200 years ago, crowded markets and family-owned shophouses of Banglamphu.

Upon arrival, our local expert will greet at and transfer you to your hotel in the city center. Our local team will be with you for the duration of your trip. This is a 24 hour service. Have a short rest before we pick you up for a dinner at one of the most wonderful restaurants of Bangkok.

Day 2: Bangkok City Tour

Your day will start in the morning with a private boat on Chao Phraya River to Nonthaburi Market which is one of the most expansive and atmospheric produce markets in the area. On your way back, explore the ancient sites of Ko Rattanakosin, follow by a visiting the holy trinity includes Wat Arun, Wat Phra Kaew, and Wat Pho. Your authentic lunch will be served at Banglamphu with decades old restaurants and legendary hawkers line the streets in this leafy corner of Old Bangkok. A sunset cocktail on Bangkok rooftop bar will bring you a new perspective on the city.

Day 3: Bangkok – Ayuthaya - Lopburi

We will say goodbye to Bangkok, we will head north today to the former royal capital Ayuthaya. It is a former Asian powerhouse that today offers fragmented evidence of its magnificent past as it was a major trading port during the time of the trade winds. Many traders proclaimed Ayuthaya to be the most beautiful city they had ever seen, with towering temples and treasure palaces. After an invasion, the city faded as a powerhouse and is now remembered as something as a fallen hero. Despite the town’s popularity among tourists, Ayuthaya remains relatively unspoiled and has its unique charm. Our local guide will show you the past glory of Ayuthaya!

We will drive one hour from Ayuthaya to laid-back Lopburi. It is a small, yet charming town where temple ruins sit alongside noodle stalls and street markets. So, if you are not tired, a tip for you: evening street markets are great places to wander and experience life in this provincial Thai town.

Day 4: Lopburi – Bangkok

Today is an easy and rejuvenating day. The old town of Lopburi is easy to stroll between the main historical sites. We will begin your walking tour of the former Royal Palace, then Wat Phra Si Ratana Mahathat, and Chao Phraya Wichayen. Get ready! Monkeys are an integral part of Lopburi’s character!

After the walking tour, we will drive back to Bangkok. It’s your time to have a traditional Thai massage!

Day 5: Bangkok – Sukhothai

Welcome to the Rising of Happiness Kingdom – Sukhothai! This kingdom flourished from the mid-13th to the late 14th century. This period was the golden age of Thai civilization; the religious sites and the architecture of the era are considered to be the most classic of Thai styles. A great way to spend your day in Sukhothai National Park is cycling through the old ruins. The calmness of this place for sure will bring you inner peace!

Day 6: Sukhothai – Si Satchanalai – Chaliang Historical Park

Another portion of the Sukhothai World Heritage Site is also a must see. Bring your imagination and sense of adventure and you are sure to love this collection of truly impressive ruins. The setting of these old cities is more peaceful and almost seems untouched.

Day 7: Sukhothai – Departure

Departure time is here, we wish you a safe journey home. If you are continue your adventure with us, our local team will meet you at your next destination to see more of this fascinating region.
